Last week I attended two awesome concerts - the first one was Rodrigo y Gabriela and the second was Here Come the Mummies! I was blown away with joy from the music as well as the awesome vibes dancing next to my husband at Rodrigo y Gabriela and my brother and sister at Here Come the Mummies. Music is a dynamic force, that revitalizes my body and my soul. My belief that movement is a fundamental pillar of joy and health was definitely reinforced as the music compelled me to want to get up and dance!
