Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and heal.
It works by helping your nervous system shift out of stress and into calm — allowing your energy to rebalance and your body to reset itself.
There’s no pressure, no need to "believe"
anything — just a quiet invitation to slow down and reconnect with your own inner clarity and strength.

I’m Erica — a strength and balance coach for adults 50+, life and health coach, yoga teacher, Reiki energy worker, and creator of Reiki-charged healing jewelry. I do a lot — and I love it all. Each part of my work brings me joy.

But I’ve also learned, especially through years of working with anxiety, that we all need spaces to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. That’s where Reiki came in for me.

It found me during a time when I felt overwhelmed and tangled up in my own energy. Someone I trusted gifted me a session — and even though I didn’t fully understand it, I said yes. That simple yes became a turning point. Reiki didn’t fix me. It gave me the space I didn’t know I needed — to soften, release, and begin healing in a new way.

I’ve been attuned to Reiki since 2009 and am now a Level III practitioner and teacher. Over the years, Reiki has woven into everything I do — through healing sessions, through the energy I bring into my coaching, and through the jewelry I create with heart and intention. Today, I offer in-person Reiki sessions at Hanu Wellness in Rhinebeck, NY — a peaceful, grounded space where you can rest, recharge, and return to yourself.

What Happens in a Session?
Reiki is a hands-on healing practice that’s quiet, restful, and deeply calming.
You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while I gently place my hands on or just above areas of the body to support energetic balance and flow.

Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or a gentle shift. Others simply feel calm and grounded — a deep exhale they didn’t know they were holding.

Every session is different, because Reiki meets you exactly where you are.
