Summer is here!


And it’s my favorite season even with all the heat and humidity up here in New York!


The days are longer, the sun is brighter, and it's the perfect time to feel happy and healthy.


Summer is a great time to focus on moving more, eating healthy foods - often fresh from our own gardens and enjoying the beautiful long days.


Move More: Boost Your Energy and Mood

Summer is a great time to get outside and be active. Exercise helps you stay fit, feel good, and have more energy. Here are some fun ways to get moving:


  1. Morning Walks: Start your day with a nice walk in the fresh air. It helps you feel refreshed and ready for the day.

  2. Swimming: Cool off with a swim. It’s easy on your joints and great for your heart.

  3. Evening Yoga: Relax in the evening with some yoga. It helps stretch your muscles and calm your mind.


Eat Whole Foods: Enjoy Nature’s Goodness

Summer offers plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eating whole foods keeps you healthy and strong. Here are some tips:

  3. Hydrating Snacks: Keep snacks like watermelon, cucumber, and berries handy. They’re refreshing and packed with nutrients.
