20-Minute Reiki Reset $15
A short, calming Reiki session designed to help ease stress, quiet the mind, and help your body feel more settled.

Partner Chair Reiki
$20
Come with a friend and enjoy a shared chair Reiki experience. A supportive and calming option for two.

Small Group Chair Reiki
$40
For groups of up to 4 people.
A 30-minute shared Reiki session for friends, family, or a small circle looking for a calm reset together.
What to Expect
These sessions are simple, gentle, and supportive.
You will rest comfortably while I offer Reiki in a calm, grounded setting. Chair sessions are available for partner and group experiences. There is nothing you need to prepare, believe, or figure out ahead of time. You simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself a little space to breathe.
No prior Reiki experience is needed.

I’m Erica Jones Woolley, a Reiki Master Teacher offering grounded, supportive Reiki sessions to help people feel calmer, steadier, and more at ease in their bodies.

I came to Reiki during a time when I felt highly anxious and overwhelmed, and that experience became an important part of my own healing path. Today, I offer Reiki in the beautiful Hanu Wellness space in Rhinebeck — a calm, supportive environment where you can step away from the rush of daily life and give yourself time to reset.
My background in strength and balance coaching has also shaped the way I support the body as a whole, with care for both physical tension and nervous system stress.
