Meet Erica
Hi, I'm Erica! A few years ago, I found myself in a super-stuck, “what’s next” kind of moment in my life. Seeking a way forward, I turned to an energy healer who sent me in the direction of helping others – one of my core life values. This experience ignited my passion for guiding women to realize they are stronger than they believe. It set me on a path of holistic healing.
My journey has been multifaceted – from physical education teacher and personal trainer to nutrition coach, reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, and weight loss cheerleader. With each role, I've gained insights and skills that have enriched my holistic approach to health. Through my own ups and downs, I've learned that true health, happiness, and healing come from a holistic approach that nourishes mind, body, and spirit.
